i was just wondering because i heard old flash units could damage newer digital cameras. Right now the minolta auto 25 is the only flash unit i could afford. it actually came with a canon ae-1 i bought recently. it worksfine too.

It actually fits on the flash mount of your camera? I traded my flash with my Nikon, maybe I should have kept it. Maybe I should try buying a Minolta autoflash for my camera. I need a flash other than what's built into my camera, but I need to start making money taking pictures to justify spending more money on my camera.
