Inspired by graphicfunk (rather than stolen) this is my take on his Apple Juice shot (I'm not a stalker Daniel).

I made such a mess I just tried it once, I cropped quite a lot as the pineapples were oddly shaped and it looked wrong. I pushed a wooden spoon through the pineapple and then some pipe used to clean the fishtanks and added a funnel at the top (tied to a heavy vase filled with water) I then poured a glass of pineapple into the funnel and took 2 shots. 1 500w work lamp and 580EX (too much methinks)
