I was wondering if changing an image to two colors, applying to whole image of course, is acceptable? I won't say which challenge it is for, but when I adjust the bar, the background completely disappears and becomes high key. I am concerned it will be dq'd because the high key effect (basically making it look overexposed) is changing an element of the photo. It is like using black and white, but I am changing the tone to another color. Just wondering if anybody understands what I am saying here and if I could get some advice on this. I do like the high key effect. That is why I am asking.

If you're applying the duotone to the entire image, then it should be legal.

Ahem. I just want to mention: heads up.
