I need an FTP client for my Mac. Where would I get this? Any suggestions? Where can you download free mac stuff like download.com does so well with Windows stuff?

Transmit from Panic Inc is an excellent FTP client. It is limited to 10min/session in demo mode, but the demo mode doesn't expire.
VersionTracker is a good site to download free/shareware stuff from. |

so the only demo limitation is a 10 min session? that is pretty cool. i will download it.

Yep, Transmit is very good, but if you're using OS X you may not need any FTP software. Just pull down the Go menu in the Finder and hit "Connect to Server...." Enter the FTP address (FTP://...) and you're all set. |

I think fugu is a free download. I use that and fetch.

RBrowser is still suppose to be free. I have been using it for 2 years (RBrowserLite) without any problems or complaints.
