Is it just me? or are the challenges out of sync?

All these good even great challenges....

But I seem so out-of-sync with regards to them. Romance, hits right before February. Sure, trying to avoid it's relation to Valentine's Day but it's too close to be distant and too distant to fall in line.

And Wildlife, great challenge...blast the sleet, and snow and rain and in general cold weather that hits this time of year for most DPC's. Likewise, I found myself relegated to indoor fantasy shots.

I just seem unable to get in sync this month.

That's it....I just have to move somewhere warmer and with less cars.

Silly me, I thought the Romance challenge was timed especially for Valentine's Day. Shoot this week, vote the following week (giving us ideas), and view the week of Valentine's Day. I saw the same logic with "Blue", since Valentine's Day is not alway a happy occasion, some might be blue. ;-)
