Hi everyone, Im on the Japanese Shinkansen right now heading for the north area and using my wireless modem that is all I have to connect to the internet but at times like this its a real pleasure.
Im heading north across snow covered mountains towards Koriyama/Fukushima/Sendai so I will, of cause be taking a few pics enroute and when we get to the place of resting I shall upload a few so you can see the state of Japan right now. The skies are blue with a ring of white mist dancing atop the mountains and I can truely say I feel at ease within myself, it's been a stressfull last few weeks with packing and getting ready for the big move and getting married in UK etc etc still have a load of packing to do and a ton of paperwork but TODAY!!! Im on a shinkansen heading north into the beautifull mountainous area of Koriyama for a well deserved CHILL... heading back to Tokyo tonight though..LOL
Watch this space I will post a few of the pictures at intervals and I hope you can enjoy them too.

Bundle up Marac! I too wanted to see if I could go to Fukushima but we kinda ran out of time. Cool that you can "hook-up" while sitting pretty on the Shinkansen. I hope you took the Nozomi so you'll get there a bit faster ;)

OK Im heading home now.. will post pictures tonight because STUPID me forgot to take my USB cord... I think the correct term for it in Japanese is 'BAKA'
only got a couple anyway because we simply ran out of time after meeting her folks etc etc but I did pop some from the train window..
By the way RIKKI we took the YAMABIKO but still good time. We will be going north again before we finally leave for a last look at the wonderfull countryside.
