| I need to recommend a video card for a customer buying a new PC. Is there any point in getting a Matrox Parhelia Series or Millennium P-Series video card for photography. I see mention that these have good stability and colour accuracy, but do ATI or Nvidia have less stability and colour accuracy. Also if I am going to use dual DVI outputs then surely the output will be digital and therefore always the same from any card. Thanks. |

Actually, I find that all newer graphic cards produce the same quality for photo editing. They only really makes a difference if you are a hardcore PC gamer :)
For image editing, might as well invest more on the display unit than the card? |

| I use an Nvidia card with dual 19 " Viewsonic flat panel moniters. Happy with my choices. Stable. Easy to calibrate. Easy on the eye. Doesn't require a lot of sesk space. |
