| Just wait till the news really hits the minolta community about them selling their camera unit to Sony..... I'm sure there'll be plenty of stuff popping up on FredMiranda.com and ebay... |

Hmmmm, I'd think getting out of K-M system just because of the announcement would be an unwarranted knee-jerk reaction. Firstly, whatever equipment one may already have won't degrade just because of the corporate happenings. Secondly, it's too early to tell what will happen regarding lenses and accessories.
Mind you, it's annoying that the announcement happened halfway through my eBay auction selling a Dynax (=Maxxum) 5 (having purchased a 5D, I really don't need to keep both my film 5's). May have scared some potential bidders away. :(
But if peoples' overreactions means that everyone has fire sales of G-series glass then the OP and I can both be happy.
