So anyone seen one of these work or used one? Any comments?

It's a new(?) monitor calibrator as far as I can tell...I seem to recall it will also dynamically adjust your monitor based on ambiant light conditions.

I suppose I'm asking in the context of comparing one to a Spyder.

Sorry, I have no practical experience with either device. However, Pantone has a lot of experience with color matching/calibration in the graphic arts/printing field.
