Hi! There's an image in the last Freeman Patterson book I've read Photography of Natural Things, pg 149 (Aspen trees in dark shadow) that I set out to emulate tonight. Not sure how well I did...feedback please?

No aspens available so I used oak instead. I have a thought or two on the outcome but I'll hold onto them for now...don't want to unduly influence any outside observations. ;^)

Comments/feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks!
