Which lens should I take. I only want to bring 1 as I don't want to lug my whole bag a round. Maybe 2. See profile for lenses. I assume the lighting will be crappy.

| I shot some bullriding a week ago and pretty much stayed with my 70-200 2.8..and the arena I was in (shooting right against the rails) was pretty small. |

I'd use the 28-105 and the 75-300 just in case you see something wide or super-tele that you want. If you think light is a problem maybe stick with the L glass..
I assume you'll be in an arena and pretty far from the subject, and you're not talking about bar psuedo-bull ridin. ;o)
