I upsize because I like to apply USM the very last step. I wonder what will happen if I do USM and then upsize.

Fred Miranda has a very affordable stair interpolation plug-in called SI Pro 2 which does the incremental enlargement and then some other tricks within. It works very well, and doesn't cost much.

Hokie:

So if someone sends their file (already post processed, just needed to upsize for large print), a company like yours will basically takes that file and makes it look as good as possible at your desired size? So for a large print, high quality about how much for say a 48"x60" print? I know there are other variables, but you can fill in those blanks. That is if you know that, and I am understanding your job. Thanks.
