When I try to upload a print, I get the following error. I have never had this problem before with DPC Prints.

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings.
If you would like Windows to try and discover them,
click Detect Network Settings
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Sunday is a common day for ISPs to perform backups and other system maintenance. Try again in 30-60 minutes.

Sometimes it's a browser problem. While you're waiting to see if it's the server, try clearing the browser cache and restarting your computer as well.

I have been trying all morning, I've already cleared the cache and restarted the computer and no go

Neither of the admins is online (logged-in), but you can try sending them an email alerting them to the problem.

If you have another browser installed, try using that. You might go back to your "original" and re-save the printable file you are trying to upload.

I can't think of anything else to try--like the message said, it is probably a server problem you will just have to wait out.

This is strange, I can upload the Thumb as a printable, but it will not take the larger Print size. I sent an email about 2 hours ago, so now I'll just wait.

I had this problem a few weeks ago. This will happen if your print file is over 16mb, it must be under.

Oh goody, one is right at 16megs and the other is 19megs guess, I'll compress slightly

Problem solved, I don't remember anything about a 16meg limit being in the seller tips.
