I took some nice shots on the train to Zermatt but had to shoot through glass. I used my polarizer, but I still have some faint color reflections when the light was bright on the other side of the train that I'd like to remove. (Besides the color, there's some slight "edging" of the area of reflection).

I know some ways to do this, but as I have a number of these images, I'd like to hear suggestions so that I may pick the best one!

The most effective method I've found for dealing with it is to create a curves adjustment layer, and work with the layer mask to define the area of the reflection, then tweak curves to eliminate the reflection. Sometimes two adjustment layers are more effective if the reflection has both very diffuse and more hard-edged areas.
