In either Basic or Advanced editing are multiple exposures legal or not? |

DO YOU MEAN oops do you mean double exposure?
you can take a double exposere in the same frame... but can't use two different images. |

If your camera itself supports multiple exposures, then that function is legal for any challenge. If you do a long exposure and flick the lights on multiple times to create a multiple exposure in a single frame, that's legal too. If you shoot RAW, you can combine two exposures processed from the same frame (in Advanced editing only). Combining multiple images is NOT legal for any challenge (except where special rules allow it). |

Cool, that's what I was looking for... but I'm not sure what you mean by: If you shoot RAW, you can combine two exposures processed from the same frame |

well- if you shoot RAW you can process them in two different ways (like if your image was too contrasty do two different exposure compensations) then put them back together in photoshop... |
