Don̢۪t know how I missed that
Actually I suppose I suspect I do. I left main page open and saw shapes 2 challenge. I decided hey, picture a day, just got new cell phone, and actually I think it is very pretty, I would almost say it looks very organic, overall shapefull and if such a word does not exist then I am picking up the habit of inventing them.
So here in lies the problem. I have never done product shots before, nor do I know where to begin, actually, nor do I have the equipment to do them, and thus I ask you the good citizens of DP Challenge where I should look for a set of tips, I do not wish to told a set way but rather tips that would allow me to experiment, any suggestions on where I might find such a guide, at the end of my personal yellow brick road.
While on the subject does anyone know where I could find suggestions about composition. It is one of the things I wish to improve upon most of all.
Without further ado, here is my would be contest pic, turned picture of day for today. Any comments or critiques would be appreciated, I couldn̢۪t get enough light to use a high enough f-stop to get rid of that horrible blurriness. Actually I seem to have lighting issues in all my pictures. I think it is just me.
Oh one final note, for a good laugh, look at how I was taking this picture :\... below, two pieces of drawing paper, one curled and stuck to the computer monitor, the second curved round to reflect flash off. Held up with handy hands. (this is also my electronics/homework/digital work desk) the light is my normal table light. It̢۪s the handy hands that make me laugh. Otherwise and this is perhaps the saddest bit, I'm a tad proud...
