I just submitted proof and it uploaded instantly!!! That's right, I have never experience this. Is this something new by way of improvements?

for what challenge was the proof uploaded? i just cruised through the open ones and don't see it, so i can't verify that it was uploaded.

i am going to go offline right now, but you can submit a ticket on the contact page and an online SC will help you out if it didn't upload correctly. :)

i don't think there have been any major improvements to that system. i would think the upload speed is dependent on your internet access. it should take SOME time to upload an original...

Hopefully they let you upload bigger files. I have never been able to upload my 13mb raw files.

I see it

Didn't open it, so don't know if it is complete or not. Will post back if it is not

What you uploaded was a very tiny image. 180x180. Doesn't look like the correct file to me. I'll rerequest proof so you can upload again. Check the files, and make sure it's the original.

I have sent in now 3. perhaps the first was wrong but the 2nd and 3rd were correct. Please advise because it is not pausing to upload. The moment I press send it acknowledges instant receipt. I never experienced this before. Thank you for your effort.

The image you submitted is still showing at 180x180, and 8kb. This surely can't be the original. (weather it's the right file, or if something happened in upload) Feel free to submit the original through a ticket and we'll see if that gives us some different results.

Thank you for your indulgence. I have a cold and I am taking Nyquil and I may have taken the thumb for the original file. I am sorry. I was able to make the correction and send you the right file under the ticket. Kindly advise receipt and I will go about my business. dan

That looks better. Now go lay down, and don't operate any heavy equipment.
