This has to be a first... at least 24 hours have passed and not even one entry to this challenge! What's up here?

Don't know about anyone else .. this does intrigue me but the holiday, company, etc prevents me from shooting!! :)

I have a willing subject...but had to work today. Still thinking on the set up. busy day tomnorrow, but can fit in a few shots i think.

I am now motivated to start early and be the first entry!

So if I shoot a "mother" I will be voted down because the description is "N/A", thus, it is obviously clear I am supposed to shoot those who are not applicable for the role of "mother". Thus I should shoot "father". However, than I will be voted down by those who say that the challenge was indeed "mother" and I should have shot a mother.

This leads to question whether I should take a non-gender approach...

"You mother !@#$%%" and simply photograph a hand in the following position?

Actually I took an absract point of view image illustrating a mothers role to her children. I figured the N/A to mean that we should photograph what we consider a mother to be or represent.

I wanted to to photograph a woman in labor but that ended up being more trouble then it was worth.

If that's the photo you've entered, I'd remove the desription if I were you ;)

I tried that and was asked to leave the hospital. I think it had something to do with not knowing the lady that was giving birth. :)

She means if what you described a few posts down is actually the photo you entered, you might want to edit that post so it doesn't give away your entry. We like to keep things secret here. :)
