go to DPCstats and click on "Top 10's" on the top menu and go to 'Blue Ribbon Scores' and see if the thumbnail pictures and text is showing up on your computer.
I'm having a little trouble here. One computer of mine does but the other don't show the thumbnails.

Using IE, working now. Wireless hiccup.

Works fine here running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
Holy cow - just checked the overall.
Something is very wrong in the chart. No. 14 is a doofus and should be at the bottom. 
(was a great 2004 - 2005 is a different story - LOL)

Thanks everyone for the replies and for letting me know what browsers you viewed it with.
I hope to have the other feature up and running soon including photo of the month and photo of the year(nominated by users). I also want to set up an area for under rated photos (nominated by users). I want this site to be for everyone not just the people that ribbon and score high.
