Working on my entry for the username challenge, and I just can't seem to get the color to look right. Am I allowed to tweak the color in just one section of the photo, or do I have to adjust the entire shot.

Yes, under advanced editing you can use a mask and/or selection to edit a portion of the photo as long as you don't change or remove a "major element." If in doubt, contact a SC member and you can send them the original and the edit and they can tell you whether or not it's considered a "major element."
