yes.. for a challenge I shot last night, I reviewed my work, and it's just not going to cut it.
normally here I would throw in the towel and submit what I had, not this time. I'm going to re-shoot it until I really like it.
speaking of cutting it, I just managed to cut open my finger while cleaning and now I'm drinking wine.
sounds like a great formula for a photo shoot, no?

| I'm with 'ya! I shot over 150 pictures for my shallow DOF submission. I had an idea in mind, and I wasn't going to stop until I got it right. Well, I got it over 90% there, and I hope it kicks butt. I've got a feeling the "update" button is going to be like crack to me this week. :o) |

I did half a dozen, and got what I wanted. I stand by my prediction that mine will either rock or bomb; but either way I'm breaking out of my mediocre rut!

Good luck with your re-shots Jeff. I entered the Shallow DOF II, and will probably be middle of the pack as usual. I had a great idea for phobias, but don't have exactly what I would need here - thought i did but was wrong. :-(

yeah funny.. the more i drink, the better my shots are..
or.. more accurately, the better they look to me.
in my head: 6.5.
actual: 5.2 max.
