If any of you wouldnt mind having a look at this link. It features some most of my boxers in action. I was wondering though what is the best way to take these kind of pics.
Ie. Bounce the flash, rough settings to freeze the action or whatever. This is the kind of photography i would like to do (when im not coaching) and would appreciate a few ideas if possible.

clickable is good ;o)
It looks like you've caught some good action though the lighting is pretty harsh. Probably from the flash. |

I'm sorry, i never took these photos. These were done by someone else.
I would love to take great shots of this kind of action and sport but am curious of how to do it. Its probably dumb of me to ask such a question as im sure there is a 100 and 1 factors that need to be taken into account to achieve good results but i thought i would ask anyway lol. |

I think a stepladder would do a world of difference here. Higher up positioning changes the angle of view, and that might enhance the drama feel. |

Thanks RGO.
It would be allowed but i wouldnt be able to get too close to ringside with the step ladder, again not a problem and i see your point thanks. What about the flash would it be advisable to bounce the flash or have it directed at the subject? |
