How about a "shit list" or "dog house" that would be sort of like the opposite of a favorites list;
That way you can remember those who leave bonehead comments. And, you can know how many people have them on their "shit lists" etc.
It may actually encourage more fair, less troll-like comments.
Lets give it a try! |

while we're at it and since so many people complain about it how about a check box like the one that says you found this comment helpful but it would say:
"this comment meant absolutly nothing to me, you are either on drugs or don't have a creative cell in your body to not be able to see where I was going with this image. How about thinking outside your little matchbook sized box and giving a look at REAL photography. You have wasted my time!"
Ok maybe a bit long. ;) But this way someone could stay bagged and still get the message that their comment wasn't liked.
j/k of course...not sure if I would go with the "dog house" list or not.
(and BTW I have no problem with bagged voters, to each his own)

And if someone gets on enough shit lists, can we just vote them off the site? |

No -- something like that has no place on a site based on improving thru helpful encouragement.

Also let's have votes on if the photographer should have found comments useful. There are too many good comments that the photographer didn't agree with, or didn't like, and won't accept it for it's worth.
(yes i'm kidding... but it's still anoying) |

I agree with the above. That was a stupid, poorly thought out suggestion blindjustice. You ought to be ashamed at posting! You're on my shit list. heeheehee - just saw a little irony and had to.
