I just posted this in another thread, but I reckoned it would make a good tip at the same time:

I have an automated model release creator on my website:

Model Release Generator.

It automatically include or skip clauses that are / are not important, based on the input you put in.

I originally wrote it for myself, but if you have clauses that need adding / amending etc, I'm more than willing to change my script to reflect this.

Thanks--what a great idea!

Two suggestions:
This site is supposed to have a page of useful links somewhere; this would be a good entry.
If you want to make this "freeware" you might contact Nolo Press (legal publishers) to see if they'd want to handle distribution.
