I left the camera on the tripod, helping some poor tourists on the
icy path, I was a bit worried seeing the E-1 and 50-200 all under
cover of ice. The mist from the waterfall froze almost immedatly
when it touched the cold camera.
The 50-200, covered in ice:
The E-1 was even more impressive, the front dial and the on/off
switch all frozen under layer of ice. Yet it still kept on
ticking...

I actually like photographing in stormy weather, although I can sometimes get frustrated when the light is cloudy/flat.

Oh my word! Am hoping that you were able to dethaw it, and you(!) without any problems. Some beautiful images in the attached thread though! :-) |
