I don't where to order it from. I have Smugmug, but I'd have to use their crop to make it fit. Then I'll have white lines on the top and bottom of the shot. Am I just screwed or is there an easy fix? Thanks in advance.

Make an empty larger image with their aspect ratio. Put your image inside and then make borders.

Then you can just resize it to their requirements, and you won't have any blank areas.

Example: Mousepad is 6x8. Create a new document in photoshop with your choice of BG color (black might be nice) a 6x8 size, and at the same ppi as you plan to print at. Take your original, resize it to 7.75 (at the ppi you want to print at) on the long dimension, add any border you'd like to see between your image and the BG you have chosen (thin white line mnaybe if using black BG).

Flatten the original, select all, copy. Go to new doc and paste. Go to edit/free transform and size it so it floats nicely. Now you've got it :-)
