I think if you post an enquiry to the contacts page it will have a better chance. They might miss this thread. |

If it's about a specific instance (for a challenge entry) the contact page contacts all of them at once -- if I understand it correctly.
If it's a general question, it's usually best to ask in the forums so all can benefit from the answer. Reporting the post brings it to their attention.
