I took a picture for a challenge but it show's a
brand name. I've seen Pepsi and Coke have been used
in previous challenge's. Does that apply for all name
brands? I couldn't find anything in the rules.. |

There are no restrictions on using brand names or logos in DPC entries, as long as they don't comprise the entirety of the shot (see references in the rules to "other artwork"). There are pretty much no legal restrictions on using something like that for personal, artistic, editorial, or educational purposes.
However, you would not be able to use such an image for commercial use, such as posting as a stock image. |
