Some that I thought would have scored higher in the challenge.

I liked the ideas of the shots but technically they could have been better (when can't pictures though). I gave the ice one a 9 because I laughed when I saw it and thought it was really a creative interpretation. Like someone else mentioned it was very cluttered and so distracting...the computer shot I thought was very moving and could have been an excellent shot without the computer screen (I think maybe a newspaper would've been more powerful) and with better composition since it was hard to relate with the subject (the guy) when he was on the very edge. As it was I gave it an 8 because it was such a strong image. The desert one I didn't really care for mainly because it looked like a snapshot and it seemed like too obvious an interpretation of the theme. It just didn't come across as art to me.
