If it's on dpc, click the last icon above the text box and just enter the id number.
If the image is offsite and is not a thumbnail it's best just to post the link. |

from your own portfolio?
quick way is to find out the photo number, which will show when you click on it. (look for a number at the end of the address bar too.)
in a post, type [ thumb ] (pic number) [ /thumb ]
without all the spaces.
the end.

You actually don't even have to type all that. You can just click the little thumbnail icon and pop the number in. |
