Nikon AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8G IF-ED

Today I own my camera for exactly a year (my birthday-present!).
When I had it I found my new way of life, my new way to express myself.

Lots of things happened. I assigned to go back to school again (photography), I participate in a rural exhibition in the Netherlands with two of my photos and, last but not least, I met DPC.

If this is what I've become in one year, what's gonna happen in the next couple of years?

What I really want to say in this post, is that DPC, YOU guys!, really give me the inspiration & motivation to do what I love to do! Thanx guys!!

You know Hanneke, I have been here on and off for about 3-1/2 years and the most exciting thing I see are new photographers like you start here, grow and enhance their lives :-D

I know it sounds corny, but something like what DP Challenge does can change lives. The list goes on and on.

John Setzler, Sonya Foos, Arnit, Joey Lawrence, Heida.....I mean..the list goes on and on and on of people who have been able to use DP Challenge to add to their lives and even give direction to their professional life and grow incredibly in skill.

I know I am a better photographer because of this site and members here and I know I make a better living for me and my family because of my involvment here as well.

Your beverage photo is so good I could use it in an upcoming wine magazine I am involved with!

As a matter of fact...there are lots of photos here at DP Challenge I could use. I am in a position to choose photos for clients and I have thought many times that DP Challenge could offer itself as a stock photo resource.

Many times my requirements for a photo do not exceed a 35 meg file size to be useful. The real trick here is finding the right photo but it's probably no more difficult to search by categories than any other stock site.
