I have access to Adobe Acrobat in versions 3 through 7, though I most often use versions 4 or 5.
I have access to all major desktop publishing software and a couple thousand fonts.
I definitely can follow their layout, and with actual software designed for the purpose, not the garbage many fine examples of the programmer's art listed on their site.

2c/page is for b&w...which is fine, if you're only choosing b&w photos I suppose ;-). Colour is 15c/page. |
Another input:
$15 is for hard binding. For paperback, it is $4.50 approx. If you keep the royalty zero, the donload is free! Then you need not worry about colour or B&W. |
