I am suffering brain damage, who fits in this category?

It just means you can't enter both the open challenges. |

Exclusive Open means you can enter one or the other, but not both, of the Open challenges.
It's a new format we've adopted to keep the number of entries per-challenge manageable.

The challenges are of the Open (to all registered members) variety, and entering one automatically excludes you from eligibility to enter the other. If you enter one and try and also enter the other, it won't let you. |

Actually I guess we should rename them... Since we can enter neither, enter the first, enter the second, but not enter both, in electronics logic terms they would be "Not And (NAND) Open challenges ;-)
