Seasons greetings! Hopefully someone will be able to help me out there. PLEASE! I used MS Publisher for the template for my website--and yes, I already have my url www.myphatpad.com and chose hasweb.com as myhost. And I've even entered the 2 DNS numbers that were provided to me. Now, I have my website template pretty much complete as far as how I want it to look but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong when I'm trying to save it to the actual website.

Please please please help? Much thanks in advance!

How are you uploading the files? FTP or through a web interface?

he he...maybe that's what I'm not understanding. I guess I'm not really understanding the FTP thing or what a web interface is. :(

Ah, ok. You'll need to do one of these. There's usually a place somewhere within your account that will allow you to upload files. Sometimes called site manager or something. I'm not familiar with hasweb.com so I'm not sure exactly what it's called. You should be able to upload files there.

Otherwise, you'll need to download an ftp client. Filezilla is a good one, cuteftp...do mac people still use fetch? That's a separate program that will allow you to upload your files to your site. You'll have to enter your hostname (probably myphatpad.com), your username and password and then it will show you the files on your computer and the file structure within your website account.

Does that make more sense?
