OMG Sue... I am so relieved he is ok. I cant believe he is but, wow.. I am speechless.
I bet he is real sore too |

Too be honest, after seeing the news footage of it, it's a miracle he didn't get more severe injuries or worse.

| Wow, that guy is lucky to still be on the right side of the grass, as they say. The person who got the shot of him flying through the air got a great photo too. I cringe every time I see a photographer on the side of the field during an NFL game get clobbered (happens all the time), let alone this. Honestly, though, I cringe at the thought of the $10k lense they are holding getting damaged as much as I fear for the photographer themsleves. I know that sounds calloused, but I figure the sports photographers know what they risk when they step out on the field (just like the players do). But seeing those huge 600mm f/4 lenses get creamed--I have to divert my eyes... :o) |
