HI JEREMY! WELCOME TO DPC! oops, sorry, it's contagious.
The first of the two is best, but their both very dark. Need a longer shutter speed and/or higher ISO maybe.

Make sure you have a tripod and use several shutter speeds until you get what you're looking for. Depending on how dark it is, the speed can be from 1 to 5,6,7 or even more !
