What's the best way to reduce my picture size with Photoshop ? I can't seem to get my own picture on my profile. It keeps coming up that the size is wrong.

The picture size required is 120 x 90 pixels (4:3). Go into resize image and change the number of pixels to match this. You must select resample in order to do this. If your picture isn't the right ratio to start with you'll have to play with cropping to get it to the right ratio first.
