so did i get this right-if i store my prints for sale in the hide selected folder this will save room on my portfolio? cause i noticed this one feller had 51 prints "fer" sell. mmmhummm-i like them french fried taters with mustard..mmmhummm.

Not quite right. Your actual printable file doesn't count towards space in your portfolio. Just the "representative" file. All the files that are in any of the folders, including the workshop folder, will count towards your space. You can upload a very small representative file to link to your printable file if you need to save space.
