Resized only! I think I'm finally figuring out this LIGHTING nightmare!

I went to Sears and got the halogen work lights, 2 sets, only using one right now and then deflecting my flash and this is what I'm getting. I know about the shadow, not enough room in here to set her back away from the backdrop and my camera was pretty close even though I used the zoom but not to shabby heh?

Nice. Now build yourself a softbox for those.

not sure i'd put anything onto halogen work lamps - they tend to get VERY hot.

I agree. They get way to hot to be adding combustible material to.

Not going to add anything, I'm aware they get very hot. What I'm going to do is build a deflector that will sit above the lights, at least a foot or more so when I am in a high ceiling room it will reflect the light back towards the sitting area and not lose it all into the ceiling.

I thought about building something to go around them but again, WAY too hot, LOL :)

So it will just be something simple that will clamp above it.

Home Depot has some 250 Watts lights @ $5.99 I believe.
