Here is a dangerous suggestion - we might have to enforce some additional rules of decency for this one ;-)
We have had jewelry and we have had portrature, combine the two to show personal adornments on your model

You're going to end up with a lot of tattoo shots, I think.
Would it have to be jewelry/tattoo or could it be something else? If not, you'd have to specify...
Maybe a more 'attainable' (read:easier to do) challenge would be 'Dress-up'.
Of course, they could be run at the same time, one challenge allowing clothes and the other not... |

Oh, I don't know. I was just about ready for a fresh tattoo. This would give me a good reason.
