Many photographers are used to using the 35mm format, and a similar rectangular format for digital images. To help understand the techniques of composition use a very different format.
Your submitted image MUST be 640x640 pixels (square). Use this frame to compose your photograph for maximum impact.

There was a thread once that mentioned that a high proportion of ribbon winners used the square format....more pixels...more impact for certain types of photograph. |

I love the Square format also, would be nice for a challenge where it wouldn't get voted down since it was square.
