I want to print one of my pictures at about 70 by 70 cm. I searched the forums but couldn't find a thread explaining the best way to do this. Is there such a thread? I have RAW files at 6 megapixel, can I print those, or is there a better way? How do I get the best quality? Thanks!

RAW is just data captured by the sensor. You'll have to run it through a RAW converter to produce a file from which you can print. The aspect ratio of the files the Rebel produces are 1.25:1 so you'll have to do some cropping if you want a square image. You may even have to interpolate to increase the size to get it as big as you indicate.
