After voting, I often wonder what my average vote was for the challenge. With all the other stats we have, would it be possible, and are other people interested, in what there average vote was for a particular challenge?

I think you could figure that out for yourself by comparing your stats for Votes Cast and Avg Vote Cast from before and after the rollover. But this would only be accurate on a per challenge basis if you had only voted in one challenge since the last rollover.
However I don't see the need for other people to be able to see how each user voted in each challenge. That could put an artificial upwards pressure on votes.
