Definition of reportage photography

What is it?
I need to write a paper on Reportage photography and compare it with Series photography
So far I gather that Reportage photography was pioneer by Hernri Cartier-Breson and that it is about capturing the moment which will explain the situation..

Does any one know more about the official definitions??

Your help is appreciated!!

Good luck :-(

Looks to be the same thing as photojournalism, no? There's a ton of info on that.

Even tho i asked for the "official" definition, I guess i was expecting more opinions/help from this community on this types of photography
Maybe from Bear_music as he is full of knowledge

Maybe to get more attention I should have labaled the topic "why did i score so low" or "Flowers suck"
;-))
