If you have Windows XP, right click on the photo from explorer and click Properties. Then click on the summary tab, followed by the Advanced button. That will give you most of the important EXIF detail
Alternatively, you can download Irfanview, which is free (from //www.irfanview.com/) and use that to resize your original to something smaller and it should also include the original EXIF info with the shot, which you can then send in. |

To find your EXIF data you can use Photoshop. Go to 'File' menu and select 'File Info' > 'EXIF'.
Or you can upgrade to a Mac and use iPhoto!
