Hey, I have a pretty low extreme for that measure ... 48 threads started in 43 months of membership = 1.12 threads started/month. |

My stats are still 0/0...but there has been a change on the page. Instead of telling me things are recalc'd mon and wed, it tells me Nov 21 was the last update!
Still at 0/0 though ;(

And in 23 months I have started 30 = 1.3
Where did the other 1770 comments go?
I really wish I knew what I started...
And what I ended....
But, I'm really not sure that I want everyone else to know that!
This goes a bit beyond the everyday existentialism that I'm comfortable with---and well into the "PATRIOT Act" (which is entirely uncomfortable...but keep any repsonses to that sentiment out of this thread please...(I do have a PM function on my profile...tyvm!)

This is a highly amusing topic, IMO. "Threads killed" can be seen as a "plus" (there was nothing left to say after you had your say, you smart cookie you) or a "negative" (always gotta have the last word, huh?). Not that I'm PROPOSING this or anytuing, but "threads killed would be more "meaningful" (I know that's a stretch) if a kill on a thread you had started did not count. I'm sure a fair number of my kills are on threads where I summed up or concluded, so to speak, business I had started. And of course, a thread that NOBODY responds to is both a thread started and a thread killed...
Not to mention that SC have unique thread-killing capabilities, the "nuclear option" (so to speak) where they can make the last comment and lock the thread. And I'm NOT complaining, sheesh people, this is not a meaningful stat to "compete" over. Just stretching my jaw muscles a little bit :-)
But in that vein, IF you're gonna look at these numbers in any "serious" way, you got to adjust them for time-on-site. In which case, no doubt, I totally ROCK, jejejeā¢
Seriously, it's amusing but does anyone actually CARE? I certainly don't. I have 7,400+ posts and 512 kills, a kill ratio of approximately .07, which strikes me as nothing unusual. Unless you consider 673 posts per month as long as I've been here unusual.
Come to think of it, that may be a little ridiculous. I need a life?

Hmmm, rationalization? ;-)

LOLOL! That would come under "Threads Squashed", technically...

Nope, no one cares, but it's fun!

Hah, nice try, you're really up in my league, with nearly a 5:1 ratio of started to killed, LOL. Don't try to obfuscate, Row_Bear!
