I need to know if this seems too dark.

Any other comments on the image would be welcomed also ;)

Maybe just a bit, I'd say bump up the highlights with curves or levels.

I'm not sure if it's too dark. I think maybe a bit more contrast because it seems a little flat...?

...try 20 and 20.
