I've been approached by a local t-shirt shop that wants to use a couple of my photos to make shirt designs. My problem is I have no idea how to price this out. Any suggestions??

if they plan on displaying them in shop, mae sure they say "Photos by Jeff Scott"
What are these T-Shirts for and how many do they plan on making?

I think I would ask for more than $1 per shirt. I would think those shirts cost them very little to make and that their profit would be quite large. Ask for $2-3 per shirt...you can always haggle it down, but never up.
I have no experience with this type of sale so take it for what it's worth.

| I unfortunately cannot remember exactly what it is called but there is a stock pricing guide that is very well accepted as standard. It does take into account the number of items to be distributed and a few other factors. You may want to research stock prices. My guess is that you would say to them well 1000 shirts for x dollars and over that it is x dollars... I will try and find out the official 'numbers' |

Its for a T-Shirt shop (tourist stuff)and so the quantity is pretty open ended.
