so, i can't view the full content of websites.....
yahoo and ebay, for example.
i've narrowed it down to a problem with Norton Firewall Ad-Blocking.
What can i do? Ahh!

You can set Norton to allow those sites...in the preferences try adding ebay.com or yahoo.com. |

geez! i got it to work but i think for every site i visit, i'm going to have to enter it into norton to "permit" it.
more work than protection...arrgh.

Hrm, that doesn't seem right though. Do you have it set on super super security or something? I don't have Norton Firewall so I can't check but maybe you've got it set up too tightly? |

Try downloading Adblock, or AdBlock+ (both free).... then turn off the Norton adblock, they're better programs for sure.

If you use firefox, get the extensions "adblock" and "flashblock" and turn off norton's add blocking. |
