Still fairly new to the board, and some members here may also know me from FredMiranda. One obvious difference (not good or bad) from FM is that there aren't really forums dedicated to types of photography, from what I gather.
So, my question is where would I post links or images that I took recently. I usually post in the "sports" section of a forum, but don't notice one here off hand.
I've got my own webspace, so I can just link to my images, but I thought I'd post some work, as I do on other forums, so that people can get to know me and what I do better.

A belated Welcome to dpc Max. This site is intended more for helping beginners and less experienced photographers to learn the medium, and a place to exchange information about all things to do with digital photography, than being a place for professional photographers to show off their work, or as a place for them to generate traffic for others sites. A great portion of the sharing and criticism is done in the challenges. You may want to become a full member and put some of your work up for sale in DPCPrints, and put some of your stuff into your portfolio. But to get the most enjoyment out of our community I reccommend that you enter some challenges.

Upload your pictures like normal...this site sort of frowns upon large images imbedded in your post... So it's best if you have a thumbnail, then throw the thumbnails up on a topic and link to the fullsize image.
